Here I Go Again

After a very long break from inconsistent blogging, I’ve decided to give it another go.

This here is a place for me to post my thoughts, opinions and feelings.  The opinions posted on here are mine alone, so please don’t go after my family, friends or employer if you disagree.  That said, if you are reading this, I assume you are a friend.  Or foe.   If you are a foe, and you continue to read this, then in the words of Madonna, “Then Bitch, You’re a Fan”.

Some biographical info – I’m a 40-something single female from Norristown, PA.  I may be a bit too honest, but this is my forum, and cheaper than therapy.  I’m frumpy and forty with a bi-polar diagnosis and depressive insomniac tenancies

I’m runner (when a feel like it) and a gym rat (even when I don’t feel like it) and the proud obnoxious mommy of two awesome beagles.  I am tight with my family and love them with all my heart.
